Notes: This was Jacoulet's favorite design and hung for many years over his bed. Miles notes that, "the placement of the figure in a background that required three impressions of blue pigment, plus a sprinkling of mother-of-pearl that fades away daringly half way up the print, places this work among the most unforgettable images of our time."

This print was originally sold by Castle Fine Arts to another collector who had it custom framed in Philippine Paduk wood. Using double silk mattes, the print has been floated above the inner matte, supported on acid free foam-board, hung using Japanese paper hinges. UV Plexi glazing. Value of Frame, $700.

A superb presentation. (Additional delivery charges apply)
