In the 1930s, Hiroaki collaborated with the little-known Tokyo publishing house of Fusui Gabo on a number of prints, which ranged from nudes stylistically indebted to the bijin of Hashiguchi Goyo as well as numerous landscapes. Many of these designs were carved by Takano Shichinosuke and printed by Ono Tomisaburo. Post-quake works published by Fusui Gabo are incredibly rare when compared to similar 1930s era Shotei designs completed by the S. Watanabe Color Print Co.
Considered one of the artists most prized post-quake designs.
